Booking Terms

Estimates and Confirmation

Online prices are estimates, not confirmed appointments. Services, add-ons, availability, home condition, travel time, and final price are reviewed before approval. Some properties require a free on-site estimate.

Deposit and Payment

After a booking request is approved, a $50 deposit is required within two hours to secure the appointment. The deposit is credited toward the final invoice. The remaining balance is due after the cleaning is completed. Accepted payment methods are Zelle, Venmo, and credit or debit cards; cash is not accepted.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment is free and qualifies for a full $50 deposit refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the $50 deposit. A requested reschedule is subject to availability and approval.

Travel and Additional Fees

Some addresses outside central Austin may require an additional travel fee. If applicable, we will disclose the amount in your final quote before you approve the booking or pay the deposit. Pets are $40 per pet per visit. Same-day requests may add $30 and Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day requests may add $50, if available.

Service Scope

Interior oven and refrigerator cleaning are optional paid extras. Work outside the agreed cleaning scope may require a separate estimate. We do not advertise a satisfaction or re-clean guarantee.
