Privacy Policy

Draft for review before publication. This local preview does not operate a booking database or process payments.

Information You Provide

When you request cleaning services, you may provide your name, contact information, property address, service preferences, and notes. In this preview, the booking form prepares an email in your own email application; no request is transmitted until you send it.

How We Use Information

We intend to use information you submit to respond to inquiries, provide estimates, coordinate appointments, send service notices with your consent, and manage invoices and payments when those services are enabled.

Photos and Access Information

Service completion photos are intended for internal quality review only. Please do not enter door codes in the initial request; access details should be shared after booking confirmation through an agreed secure method.

Third-Party Services

When the live site is launched, payment, hosting, email, and SMS providers may process limited information needed to deliver their services. This policy must be updated with actual providers, retention practices, rights, and contact details before publication.
